I am not in Udon at the moment & have not been for about 6 months & I know that shops have shut in the Complex.
However there used to be at least 3 shops on the old 'telephone' floor that sold second hand laptops.
Some good bargains to be had too, but you had to be patient as some days the deals were poor with few choices & other days great selection at a good price. I did buy a year old second hand Acer Aspire there for 9,500 & at a later date a similar one for 10,000 - both with 4 GB of memory & over 500GB hard disks & 15 inch monitors.
New netbooks can also be purchased for about the 10K, but they do tend to be pretty low on power, screen size & storage.
If none of those shops has temporary relocated in the Complex then there is a computer shop on the Wattana Road, just before the hospital that sells second hand equipment & also one in the Night Market as well. However I think both of those major on second hand desktops rather than lap tops...

Thank you for those Leads, but not being from Udon, I am not familar with the "Complex" nor it's location... Could someone give me a better idea where that might be, or where said shops may have relocated to???

Sorry Pianoman, The Complex is the very large shopping centre in the centre of town that is often still referred to as 'Robinsons' by some locals, as they had a large area of the 4 floors for their use.
It is currently having a major overhaul with a huge new building just across the road from the existing building currently in the last stages of construction - that site is difficult to miss if travelling through central Udon.
The existing Complex building was showing its age & so, I understand, refurbishment work is being carried out in it. The majority of computer & telephone shops were located on the 1st. Floor up. I gather that floor is now undergoing a complete overhaul & that SOME of the shops that were located on it have temporarily relocated onto the top floor.
As I am not in Udon that is all by word of mouth information only & I have no idea how accurate it is, or what shops are now exactly where!!
