Udon Thani Lawyer - Land Lease

Hi all,

I wish to set up the leasing of some local land, and some time ago on the forum there was reference to a Udon Thani lawyer (female if I recall) who specialised in this? Does anyone have her email address or telephone number please?

I would ideally like to hear from someone who has actually used her services.

you may want to email or stop by FBI real estate, they have a very good lawyer referral they use. my friend and neighbor used her and was very satisfied with the results.

P.S. The offer through FBI may be wonderful , just no experience there and it would probably be in Udon not Nong Khai

No not yet I have to get off my lazy rear and get things done, but she would be the one I would seek out but my needs are very simple in that area. If it were comp;ex I would ask a lot of questions and see what the answers were. Before I made that decesion with any attorney. Thailand I think she could handel very well. But a I recall you still have somethings to deal wiht in th4e states, don't know if she could help in that area. My experience wiht her has been if yuo get into an area that she is not familiar with she will tell you, do the reseach and then give you an answer.

Many thanks for all your help, I will contact both FBI and Rayria. If I move on this I will post a report on the site, but it may be a while yet. Does anyone happen to have Rayria's email address as I'm not in LOS at present.

It is well worth it to get a foolproof agreement ..for your life..that the other lawyers locally have not a clue TIT

Expect a rather flash woman to meet you in a hotel lobby ..........

I have found that Rayrai is the most honest lawyer and when preparing papers, she will make sure your intrests are protected.

Always remember one thing while living in Thailand. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
