House for Rent in nice neighbourhood near UD airport

Hi all,

We have a house to sublet for january 1st or mid january. The house is located about 5 minutes from Udon Thani airport in Loung Ruang 3 neighbourhood. The house is modern and have 3 bedrooms (1 big master bedroom), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and living room space. It's a big house with a lot of living space.The house have 2 aircon units and comes unfurnished. The house is gated and also have a carport. There also place to put pation set, plants and more outside... The neighbourhood is gated, with security guard and cameras at the main entrance.

We will sublet from January 1st-15th for 6 months and after that there is a possibility to continue to rent with the owner if desired (but no obligation). The rent is 8 000 baths by month and there's no damage/security deposit required (so no stress with deposit). The first 6 months of rent have to be paid in advance in cash, 48 000 baths in total, and after that there's possibility to pay by month (6 000 baths deposit will be required) or continue to pay the same way. A 6 months lease will have to be signed with the owner.

Pictures of the house can be provided if interested and please contact us if you are interested to come take a look at the house. We can give a 500 baths discount by month if somebody rent the house fast.

Hi,

We rented this house for long term and are now relocating so we need to find somebody to sublet it. The rent is 8 000 baths by month but we can negociate if somebody is interested to rent it fast from us. The rent for 6 months will have to be paid in advance in cash, no security deposit will be needed and after 6 months there will be possibility to pay by month. The name on the 6 months lease term will also need to be changed to the name of the new renter.

Hello,

we a German/Thai couple are looking for a house in Udon Thani. I will be in Udon on the 29th and would like to have a look at the house. We like to see the house at around 11 am if that is ok with you?

Hi all,

the price of the monthly rent will be of 8 500 baths instead of 8 000 baths since we did the following on the house today :

We installed a brand new 250 GX Hitachi Water pump to increase the water pressure.
We did a full maintenance on the A/C unit and reinstall one.
We did other maintenance/renovation in the house (installed 2 new doors, some paint, etc)

Please notice that the house is UNFURNISHED and need to be furnished by the new renter. House will be profesionally cleaned for the new renter and will be ready to move in on January 8th or 10th 2012. 6 months of rent need to be paid in advance, so 51 000 baths (we will not negociate on the rent as stipulated before since we bought new pump and more). Again, no security deposit needed if pay every 6 months. Lease need to be transfered on the new renter name and and the new renter will need to provide copy of identification (Thai national card of wife or passport).

Hi,

We are back from Holidays and are still looking for somebody to sublet this beautiful house from us. The rent is 8 500 baths by month but we might be able to lower a little bit the rent for the first 6 months if the person rent it fast (First 6 months of rent need to be paid in advance). We are looking for somebody to move in on January 25 or at the latest on February 5th. Please be noticed that the house comes unfurnished. We can arrange for the kitchen to be furnished with brand new furnitures (kitchen counter, kitchen armoires, sink, dinning table and small fridge) but the rent will be of 12 000 baths by month in that case.
