I reckon it must be "Silly Season" in the pool league ........... we go weeks without a draw by anyone, and then last week 4 draws out of 7 matches (never been done before) and this week we repeat the feat (another 4 draws from 7 matches). Even M & M & White Box who hadn't drawn all season have now got in on the act !!

The "technical" problems that affected last weeks sheet have now been rectified, and last weeks missing scores have now been included.

The last of the above matches is the second time that the team from Johnny & Bell have failed to turn up for a match, and therefore as per the league rules & regulations they have been removed from the league.

The following matches have now been cancelled-

week 22 (17th Jan) Johnny & Bell v Kinneree
week 23 (24th Jan) City Lodge v Johnny & Bell
week 24 (31st Jan) Johnny & Bell v Sugar Bar
week 25 (7th Feb) White Box v Johnny & Bell
week 26 (14th Feb) Johnny & Bell v Jingjoes

I have removed Johnny & Bell from the league table and re-adjusted the table to reflect their removal.
I have left the previous scores (highlighted in yellow) on the scores table so as players/captains can see the scores that have now been removed from the league table.

Any idea why Johnny & Bell have not been playing thier fixtures? Speaking as an absent player for this team will I be able to play for another team for the remaining matches when I return to Udon this coming week?

Your old team mates are playing for the Sugar Bar. They transferred so should be no problem for you.

On 30th Nov an "altercation" took place at Johnny & Bell bar between the management and 3 of the players (including the captain). The players represented the bar the following week for an away match and used a girlfriend to make up the team. The players informed me that they were no longer prepared to play in J & B bar after the match on 6th Dec. I visited J & B bar on Fri 9th Dec and asked if in the circumstances they wished to withdraw from the league. I was informed that they wished to continue and assured that they would play all their remaining fixtures.
On 13th Dec they played their "Home" match against Liberty.
On 20th Dec they FAILED to turn up for the "Away" match at Honey Box
On 27th Dec they played their "Home" match against Papars
On 3rd Jan they played their "Home" match against Irish Clock
On 10th Jan they FAILED to turn up for the "Away" match at Beach Bar

As per the league regulations I was then left with no option but to suspend them for the rest of the season, and let the team captains vote if they wish to play again in a forthcoming season.

There will not be a problem if you wish to play for another team on your return, but I would appreciate either yourself or your new team captain letting me know in advance.
