Amending an existing post will not bring it to the top of the list. The 'date' of the post will remain as per the original date - in this case 11th. August & pretty far down the list for someone currently wishing to rent a property.
A POSTREPLY, just saying that the property is now available again will ensure that the thread gets to the top of the list & will quickly be seen by anyone looking to rent in Udon...
A slight further note...the date 03/09/2012 means the 3rd September for us from Europe, rather than 9th. March from those from the USA. For complete clarity it is best to write the name of the month (even if the 3 digit Jan, Feb etc.) rather than numeric as the later is certainly open to interpretation on an International Forum...
