Real Estate taxes in Udon

Real Estate taxes in Udon
Just wondering if there is any sort of annual real estate tax assessed on home ownership in Udon. Back in the States we have State and County real estate taxes due each year, and depending upon the location and valuation of the home, these taxes can be exorbitant.

Real Estate taxes in Udon
MY UNDERSTANDING IS THIS: no property taxes IF the land is being used in some manner.
Before building on our lot in town YES there were taxes but very small amounts like 180 baht a year. After building our home no taxes.
On our land just outside of town no property taxes because we grew rice.
