Wing 23 Air Show

The Wing 23 website at http://www.wing23.rtaf.mi.th/index.php/ ... ay/64-100- says there's going to be an air show on 18 May in honor of the 100th year of the Royal Thai Air Force (established in 1913).
The schedule shows:
May 18, 2555.

0935 Blue Phoenix arrive for the show

0940-1000 2A-JET & 1UH-1H perform

1005-1020 Blue Phoenix put on a show and land at the airfield

1027-1040 Extra300 (I'm not sure what type of aircraft it is) air show

1057-1106 GRIPEN air show

The Extra 300 is indeed an incredible aerobatic aircraft. Went on a wild ride in one a few years back with a stunt pilot flying out the the Boulder City airport in Nevada. Hopefully will get to see the Extra 300 perform on the 18th.

The weather forecast ain't looking so good for an airshow on the 18th. 90% chance of t-storms tomorrow and a 60% chance through the weekend.

Not working for me either. It appears that there should be something after the 100- that is not there. Additionally, when I go to the www site, I get something in Thai that says it was automatically generated from the server, but nothing else.

The last link parrot gave worked for me....took a while to load mind, but worked.

I never tried the first one....

Ah, it would appear that the proxy broke the link. When I go there with Chrome, (no proxy) it works fine. Via a proxy from the US, it does not work.

Wonder if there is school this Friday. Link works fine for me. I'll have wife read it, just wonder where we go to get there, Main gate. Seems to be 9am to noon this friday

Wife says its at the main gate off Rt 2 - same as show she went to last year. Guess a skip school day. Start them young!

Hi,
Don't know about all the schools but my two kids. in different schools, they do not start until Monday the 21 May. So it will be a good morning out, if it is not raining like it is now. Just chucking it down, and i live about 2K fron the airport.
You can't miss the main gate. They have traffic lights and a couple of planes parked there. A jet and a prop plane.
