AC PLUS hot water ,Wifi , cctv , cable tv , secure parking / gated building . On the bus route to town center or can walk and only 100m to Nong sim lake .

Price - 7,950 bt per calender month ........plus metered electric and water.

Have you thought about "non smoking" for your new apartment? It's not easy to find non smoking rooms in Thailand.

Well ponted out Chigger ...........

I should have stated the apartments are ........ Non smoking , NO pets , NO small children ..... so IMO would suit the older steadier guys or galls , retirees looking for the quiet life .The tenents in there already who shall remai annoymouse are spot on ..... so looking for more of the same .

They were designed with that target in mind sir ,,, quiet location in town but out enuff ,,, no pets , no small kids the older steadier young at heart gents .... cravat , smoking jacket , cordouroy slacks and the shakes every morning ... you know th sort ..

I stopped by for lunch today. Excellent tasting bacon PieMash! Had a look at the apartment. It is as advertised, great location, quiet, good parking, all new.

I have been in udon for afew weeks now and booked in to hotel for a month and i have been looking at apartments
as i want to stay in udon as i like it here
look at mash apartmets and they are the best i have seen so far
i have one or two more to see but at the the moment nonsim is top of my list
nice place

Twas nice too meet u and show u the apartments pottman ,,, if u r genuinely interested be quik ,,, shown another fella today and a contact is over from UK from the 6 th of July.... first come first sorted .

BTW ,, secure undercover parking will be added to the apartments very soon .

Ardvark ,, think ur spot on ,,, ref the location n price ,, tho i did have one joker come who said they should be 50 % cheaper than wot im charging ,,, i asked him to please show me where in central Udon he could get the same double unit , ground floor wilth KITCHEN /SEPERATE BEDROOM CCTV WIFI ETCETC all the same facilities for 3,750 bt per month ... HE COULDNT

With the location it would still be cheap and good value at 5000 ...IMO

MM.... the apartments are 7,950 INCLUDING wifi , cctv monitoring , cleaning and cable tv ... Leccy n watter is added .

I wasnt very clear in my earlier post ...... sorry

i did ask the fella who came and said they were expensive and OFFERED ME 3,750bt pcm to bog off and find some where else in the town center for less than 4000 bt per month WITH THE SAME FACILITIES GREAT LOCATION AND OF SIMILAR SIZE ... he couldnt , only offering a house opposite Homepro that was 4500 pcm with isnt imo even relative to the apartments behind the shop ..

The apartments were designed to offer what imo Farangs need ,,, spacious living , security , parking , kitchen and a seperated living lounge and bedroom , AC , HW and nice firniture .... One remains available for rent and im looking for nice retirees , no kids or pets ....

Plans for another 7 units are on the table and should be started later this year .
