At least both post them on here - so that we can find a different version on the internet :D :D :D
Seriously, producing good bread depends on having good flour & good yeast, something that I think is a bit of a struggle to find in Udon. I haven't tried the imported flour from Topps (although I have seen it there) so maybe that is my next port of call. Although, even when I made my own in UK with quality ingredients, it was really only good for 1 day & OK the next if you nuked it. The amount of 'preservatives' that they put into commercial bread is enough to put you off that, if you can find an alternative.

It must have been turbo-charged, I'd have given up after an hour.

What is needed here is an entrepenuer to buy a going bust bar in the cow shed and start baking real pizzas, not soft sloppy ones or the plastic free delivered ones that are around town now.

During the afternoon the bread is baked and pizzas rolling out from 7.00 pm.

Most important is a free delivery package within the road for bread and pizza's with orders over 400 baht or something.

Was up at Robinson's today and happen to notice they now carry bread makers. Only problem is the programing is in Spanish. Have no idea if it comes with an operators manual in English, but it's on their site below. It's MFG by FAGOR and the model number is PAN 850, 5890 bt.

The Thai owner's manual is at http://www.fagorthailand.co.th/upload/p ... df_182.pdf
I'd be willing to be you could find one in English as well.

@ broon97
If you need the Panasonic, bring it from Europe. You cannot get it in Udon. As mentioned in this thread, there is only a small choice at Udon.

You can buy a bread machine here, it looks like is a regular listing on craigslist. I am in Chiang Mai and I got mine shipped, so they can probably send to a broad range of places if you are not in Bangkok:
