I am going to look at Arm Bar/restaurant Nong Khai tomorrow with a view to taking it on and would appreciate any feed back on it's reputation, popularity etc. Thanks

a few week after opening the cops will come by for certain with the usual ultimatum. same for a few of the officials in the area.

if the "slot machine" cop comes by, find a way to stay out of it regardless of his guarantees that it'll be ok to stash a couple of them in your place.
