We are at Kut Chap Udon Thani province.My wife want to move near to her family at Bandung and are looking to purchase property near this address.We have gained a vendor for our property so will be ready to move home in the next two weeks if your property fulfils our criteria upon viewing.Are you residing in Thailand presently?

How old is the property that you have for sale at 1.4 .Look like it is in need of new windows.Review the website below for indications of what we have been looking at in the Udon Thani area.How negotiable are you on the price?We currenlty value your property approx 700,000 to 800,000 thb based on the photo that we see.Is possible you provide more photos please?
