I think it's an excellent price in a great location for what your getting at under 9 USD a day plus utilities and services.

very nice indeed Mash, would do a bloke like me if the neighbours werent to rowdy. Any house rules, closing time, no late parties, or things of that nature?

Could I stick my oar in and suggest for the next design that you consider separate entrances for each apartment off the carpark, instead of that long corridor thing where everyone trapsies past your door..a wee wall blocking off each apartment from the next, and a hold cut in that front wall would then create a separate patio for each apartment outside the front door, where one could have a set of tables and chairs to sit out in the fresh air, without dudes muscling pass, if you know what I mean...coming from the Antipodes I like privacy and a place outside to seat guests, or just to relax on my tod and stare at the trees..cant really do that from the area at the rear of the apartment, unless you had a ruddy long neck to see over that wall...dont get me wrong I think what you have done and are offering is tops, but a cagey bushman like me would probably angle for the unit right down the end, just so I am out of peoples way. I get alittle nervous when people walk past my window or door, but if you had a patio, then you know that as soon as a stranger sets foot on the steps leading to such patio, that they are stepping into your space..that design would sort of give each apartment its own separateness, rather than the domintory room feeling of the current design...sorry Mash, everyones not a semi reclusive hermit like me thank God..

good O matey. Didnt want to upset you or anything with comment, just giving you a perspective of what a single gentleman of impecible taste like me, looks for when searching for new digs..Indeed, the building looks new and refreshing, and there is enough room inside to swing two very large cats..

Room indded to swing a fully grown Thai lady ... ive tried and she only banged her head twice ... when i dropt her.

I always listen to advice maaka ,, and as always after the event ie building you can see where you should have done something different ,,, however small or big you can always improve things like this.

ideal except for the point you make. Hope the new units have this alteration and then they'll deffo be in the front runners. - p.s. I like the "No Kids, No Pets" rule, sounds like heaven.

One of the double units to the rear of the shop at Nong Sim has become vacant ,,,, see the details and photos etc earlier in this thread , if interested or wish to drop in to take a look tel 0860991667...... rental is minimum term 3 months.

I forgot to mention ,,,,,,, as well as the long term apartments there is now a daily apartment in the same block ,, nice unit , fully furnished , Kitchen , HW , AC , cable TV , CCTV etc ... DAILY 500 , WEEKLY 3,000 bt also includes a discount card for use in the CC cafe/restaurant ,,, for more info or reservations contact the CC shop .

That's the sort of unit I could do with for my monthly visits now the house is built in the village.

A nice city base.

Having looked around the empty apartment I can vouch that for the money they are top quality units. Well worth the money.

Ok , thats great Yaliman ,, there is still one of the big long term apartment empty . Drop by as soon as you land in Udon . The daily/weekly studio apartment may be available as wel tho i have taken bookings on it for next week n late Oct .

I've had a guided tour of the apartments from the host (strange northern fellow) and the rates above are very fair. If it's available I'll be bedding down there on me next trip up from Ubon .. for sure

Details 7,950 per calendar month INCLUDES ... cable tv , unlimited wifi , cctv monitoring and cleaning of the grounds n corridor ....... tenant pays for electric and water extra .

All the apartments except one double unit are now taken longterm / perminantly ... the remaining is fully furnished with lounge , kitchen seperate bedroom en suite plus AC , HW , Wifi , cable TV , CCTV etc ..gated area with car parking ,,, 7,500 pm plus utilities .

Ok ,,, minImum stay is 3 months so thats fine ,, all the guys who stay there seem to be very happy ,, nice n quiet , safe cracking location .
