Expat United players range from Zico Sunny -who is 13 years old all the way up to 63 year old Harry. We did have one or two appearances from one player who is 73 years old!
Our starting team against the USA lads had 3 players over 50 years old! :D

So I could come out of retirement at 59. I used to speed down the left wing in my day.

Next game is on Thursday 14th February - the valentines day football massacre!! :D
Expat United v USA Military. USA have a new team arriving in Udon this week and so this should be another thriller of a game. The Expat United team has a full squad to pick from, and Ben The Belgian (the gaffer) is hard at work on team selection, tactics and what beer to drink at half time.
Kick off 6pm at the Zalvo Arena, Udon Thani. Players meet at the Irish Clock at 5-20pm \:D/

result ....Expat United 15 USA Forces 2..............yes quite a result! =D> Our biggest victory!
Expat United put out a strong side for this big game -with the luxury of 4 subs too! Ron (the USA Captain) was slightly worried before kick off at the fact that only 1 or 2 of the USA team had played "soccer" before.
A fine performance from Expat United with our gaffer Ben The Belgian commenting that it was like watching Brazil..........
The USA lads deserve credit for never giving up, and the Expat United team should be pleased with a great team performance.Well played you old gits! \:D/

The "old" keeper Trevor "the cat sing a song along" was an excellent keeper ... albeit on the brow of the hill his panther like stealth and barking instructions shall be missed as hes in Blighty i believe ...

Im unsure if the Messi like Vaseline will be fit as he is currently suffering with a sever bout of flu .

A cracking 4-3 win for Expats United at the Zalvo Stadium last night 3/8/13.
Playing against Udon All Stars who had five subs, with us having only one.
All repaired to the Barracuda Bar (Home of Udon Expats United) to celebrate, a great night that got even better when the WAGS turned up.
