Had my first meal at Bubba's yesterday evening. The burger and fries were tasty. It's the best burger I've had yet in Udon. Also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

Went by tonight and had the fish taco... yummy indeed. Asked where you were Bubba. Jun said it was your "nappy time"! Peeked in and sure enough, there you were snuzzing away cuddled up with your blanky and teddy bear

Thanks for all the kind words! Jun especially likes to hear that her hard work is appreciated.

Today we have baked Pork Chop, without breading for those who are health conscious. And for those who want more of a "heart attack on a plate" kind of meal... Chicken Fried Steak (Rib Eye) with creamy white gravy and sour cream mashed potatoes plus a small salad.

Our Philly Cheese Steaks have been well received also. REALLY goes down well with one (or two

) of our Belgian beers!

Well, our business is pretty much dead for today. Traffic is blocked from both ends of the street. It's really hot out there. Maybe our ice cold beer will be an attraction tonight. We'll have ringside seats available for the concert on our patio and sidewalk. You can't see the stage from here but I'm sure there'll be no problem hearing it!

Probably until the wee hours of the morn.

Popped into Bubba's last week with the missus, both had the Burger and fry's and the food was great, lovely small place clean and tidy easy parking out front, Jun busy in kitchen but did have a chat with Dennis and a fine gent indeed. Highly recommend Bubba's bar and Grill

Nice page, nice to see that you offer the Belgium Kasteel Bier. Do you offer all (5) kinds of Kasteel?

We only carry the Kasteel Donker, a dark beer, 11% ABV. Our supplier in Bangkok only offers 2 other Kasteels, the Triple Blond, and Rouge (a berry flavour). The Belgian beers are only a small percent of our overall beer sales and we just offer them as an alternative. However, we do have regular customers that prefer the finer brews, and don't mind paying a little more for a distinctive beverage.

Hey Bubba! In town for the Embassy outreach, we stopped by your place on Wednesday afternoon. You weren't there but Jun took good care of us. I tried out the Philly Cheese Steak and it's a winner. Tasty and a good value. Even my wife tried a few bites and loved it. She normally will not eat beef, but made an exception in this case, in fact she had quite a few bites. Curiously, she said it reminded her of a Thai curry. Can't figure that one out. It is the closest I have come to finding a real, authentic copy of a Philly Cheese Steak.

Now, I grew up in Philly, USA and practically lived on Cheese Steak sandwiches, and Hoagies. Since leaving there in the early sixties, I have lived all over the country and tried out the "Philly Cheese steaks" wherever they have been offered. Never found a reasonable copy. As I said, yours comes the closest.

Will definitely make a stop at your place on our next trip to Udon.
