1 year rental - 23.000baht
6 months - 25.000baht

I forgot to mention that in about 4-5 months, there will be a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness room and also a tennis court in the villa project. Until these amenities are ready I will lower the rental costs to:

1 year rental - 21.000baht
6 months - 23.000baht

I am interested in renting this house. Could you tell me the terms of the lease i.e.number of months security deposit and what is required (# of months rent required to move-in. I want to rent for one year. My current lease expires in March 2013 timing is good for me. Could you please provide contact information.

Hi,

Is the Sintara Lake View Project located just behind (slightly north of) the Thomas Udon Thai House Resort/Hotel

I presume you are talking about not being far from the Big C adjacent the Flyover on the intersection of Nittayo Rd and the Ring Road/
