2 year's old house for rent located at Muang city near Udon airport hotel,also close to airport, Lotus Nadee, Carefour, Sampeng market, and Ngeesun Super Store. The house has very nice garden, and been taken care in a good condition. There is very nice and peaceful neighborhood in the area as well. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 office room, a kitchen, a living room. Moreover, All furniture are provided ie, 38" Tv, big couch, 3 air conditioners, dining table, book case, refrigerator, beds, fans, hot water machine, pump,tank, and internet etc. The house will be available on December 2011, The original price was 12,000 baht per month, now 10,000 baht per month! Only for one year contract or more.

There is a space for 1 car and motorbikes, but if you have 2 cars just in case there is also space; outside the house.

What are the other typical costs for 2 people, i.e. electricity, water, tax, yard care, etc.
Is there Internet access? Air conditioning? Security, house help? Security deposit, insurance?

This house will be available again for rent in April 2013, but you can set the appointment to see the house now. Right now it is under renovated and got everything clean out. The photos was the old one, but I will post new photos as soon as possible!

The house will be available in the end of next month. The condition is still not much different from the photos you see. You can set the apt. to see the real ones anytime.
