We lucked out and parallel parked almost right in front. Went from ground floor to the basement, then to the back, took the lift up to the top, the door opened, and we found ourselves in what felt like an incomplete building, a bit scary in fact. The main reason I'd go back is to at least check out Villa Market once they open.....which is when?

What time does it open in the morning & close at night??

The Complex opens at 11am Monday to Friday but then 10 am at the weekend.
The IT Plaza by UD Town is 10 am in the week. I would imagine at the weekend as well, although not certain..

A quart into a pint pot springs to mind .From the moment you enter the parking area skirting the motor bikes parked both sides of the drive in to reach one of the parking floors. The marked parking space was just a little wider than my pick up and the area between rows was narrower than I have ever seen any where. whilst cars seemed to be okay I watched as many pick ups tried to get in without hitting anything, all the while causing incoming traffic to jam , only to give up and try and find if the next floor had more room, or just give up and go out .Having got over this problem, inside the escalators are the steepest I have ever seen , okay whilst working but on the occasion of my visit some weren't. Knackered me trying to climb them .Then in the gents toilets, I just had to take a picture, not very clear cause it was on my phone, but you'll get the idea. Intimate would best describe them I think.

The actual shopping experience unless you were in for a new phone or computer was virtually nil. A few big names in the fast food line and a cinema completes a very disappointing trip.Once the Villa market opens if it opens earlier than the general stores may get me back but if it only opens at the same time, no thank you, for sure my vehicle will get hit before long .
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

I also tried the parking with my truck and that the last time I drive my truck there. I will visit again, want to check out "Santa Fe", looks good but then pictures could be decieving. My understanding is, it's USDA Choice. I'll be riding my Fino, parking is better.

There's an advertisement that it's the biggest IT mall in Isaan, but there's no way that it's bigger than the Tuk Com in Khon Kaen. The Chiang Mai Tuk Com is even bigger than that. With a Villa Market, it will definitely have something no place else in Isaan has though.

Suddenly realised it was open last night on the way home so parked out front and took a quick gander inside. They close at 9pm on Sundays btw. Going back today to get a better idea as most places were pulling the shutters down last night.

How many Banana computer shops does Udon need. Stopped by last week, across from Bank, hey I don't need that much exercise to see the same shops.

Stopped by a few shops looking for a APC UPS, Banana had some, ask for different, can order, checks computer, says Complex has, go to Complex, and yes they have. But again, How many Banana's does Udon Need?

Same can be said for Advice Distributions. Last year they had maybe 2 outlets. Now they are all over the place. Seems strange when they are all peddling the same stock rather than one branch maybe the laptop specialist and another does peripherals and components. Interesting to see if that business model (if there is one) persists with two consolidated IT centers in town... three if you still shop for rubbish at Central Plaza.

So where is this joint on an actual map or reference to another place nearby?

I need to know so I can commence the set up an illegal taxi stand in front and place my som tam & BBQ carts into whatever space on the sidewalk remains. Oh and of course people on mats selling cheap stuff in the parking spaces, and last of course block up the walking aisles in front of high-rent paying stores with kiosks selling useless trinkets.

Though at times I wonder why the places eventually fail to keep anchor tenants but hey, they should have known before they invested.

Just for clarification, the signs on the doors of Landmark say 10:30AM opening on weekdays and 10:00AM on weekends. Stopped by this morning thinking they opened at 10:00, so did not wait around. So another market that does not open until midday. :(
