The Jambalaya came out great! Making a roux is something new for Jun, but she did fantastic. We ran out of gas (literally) last night cooking it. Still waiting for a new cylinder to be delivered this morning.

Regarding the Jambalaya, anything with Shrimp, Bacon, chunks of Ham, Chicken, Smoked Sausage, and seasoned with our special Creole seasoning, HAS to be good. Our seasoning is not available anywhere in Thailand, not even Villa Market!

Forgot to mention. For tea lovers, we picked up a couple new ones. Twinnings (England) Jasmine Green Tea, and Celestial Seasonings (America) Cranberry Apple Caffiene Free, a good one for evening drinking (Paul).

We got a superb compliment from one of our customers yesterday. He just returned from a month long trip back to the states. While he was there he said he couldn't wait to get back to have one of OUR Burgers!

The British Journal of Nutrition has revealed that drinking more than three cups of green tea a day was found to protect against cell deterioration as we age. DNA tests showed the equivalent of five extra years on the tea drinkers' lives. I wonder how they figured that out, -- but I'll take it.

Hey, Bubba thank Jun for the spaggt w/ meat balls, daughter went crazy for it!! Diet tomorrow!!

Also, the SOS was at a perfect texture today. Didn't really like the hash brown, but you can't have everything!!!
Side Note: SOS with 2 pieces of bread with a side order of hash brown!!

Surprised Mark was able to consume the large chili cheese dog!!!!! Now that was a large serving!!

Ok, the hash brown was ok!!

Thanks Mosquito. The Thais (of all ages) LOVE Jun's spaghetti! She has come up with her own sauce that has enough zing in it without making it too spicy for farangs. I'm really proud of her.

Yes, our JUMBO Chili Cheese Dog is a full meal in itself, even for a big guy like Mark. A bargain at 150b. Bubba's is doing it's part in curbing inflation in Thailand.

Lost track of time today LOL. Was too late to go for seconds at Bubbas today when I finally got done chasing my wife around shopping.
The jumbo was too much to eat even for me! And that says alot! Great meal, and beer was cold hehe. I will come in for breakfast tomorrow.Think it's time for a bubbas favourite. :-"
