Obama: Dead in the Water...is it true?

Post by merchant seaman » June 25, 2013, 6:26 pm

Too bad Obama can't go head to head with any of the other world leaders or members of Congress. One of the many reasons why the U.S. is in such deep doo doo.

Do you mean on the basketball court, in the ring, on the football pitch or where? 555

In any case, I like the title of this thread because, for the most part, it is getting answered with or without the use of an attempt at writing in the speaking style of someone from the Ozarks or Appalachia.

Obama doesn't even like to answer questions at press conferences. He won't even go head to head with the American People. He makes a speech, filled with false promises and lies, and then walks off -- for golf or another vacation.

And, God, don't let him pitch. Have you ever seen that Kardashian form?

Mantle, Musial, Aaron, Mays and Teddy Ballgame would have hit that ball a country mile. However, he might have got Pete Incaviglia or Adam Dunn to swing and miss.

After stepping WAY up in the batter's box. Obama didn't even reach the plate.

I guess that's why we don't see him do this anymore. Makes the Child Emperor look bad. Not to mention that when he said that the ChiSox (see jacket in video) were his favorite team, he couldn't name anyone in the starting lineup. Can't even lie well about sports.

A quote from Obama's speach on Gobal Warming. "Sticking your head in the sand might make you feel safer, but it is not going to protect you from the coming storm." Now, what more can you say?

STUDY: 76% of Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck
http://wxix.membercenter.worldnow.com/s ... o-paycheck

Yeah, things are so much better after 5 years of this regime.
In the survey, the findings of those polled were as follows:
•24% have savings for 6 months of expenses
•21% have savings for 3-5 months
•23% have savings for less than 3 months
•27% have no savings at all
This administration will not sleep until all Americans are back to week. :D

ah but the savings rate of Americans rose from a negative figure before the recession to a positive figure after folks got scared... That said, Americans as a whole don't look much to the future. They seem to live for today, don't save, and borrow stupidly. Consumerism is their passion! This doesn't have anything to do with Obama but with American culture as a whole.. The decline of savings has been going on for nigh 25 years in my estimation. The baby-boomer generation inculcated some of their depression era parents thriftiness but the next couple of generations want it all now..

WBU:

Looks like JS is keeping count...

Since I am slow, as you said, early on, (I know, not a personal attack, just the facts, mam...), let me make sure I understand the current score:

WBU - 0

Red - 3

C'mon, WBU, let's define the rules and playing field, keep score, and, have at it hammer and tong...

Perhaps "tag teams"? Or, "Seconds"?

Maybe so, but the Child Emperor was supposed to be the Messiah. He was supposed to fix everything. Everything is either the same or worse -- after 5 years of Obama's magic (smoke and mirrors). Who will he blame next? Anyone and anything, but himself.

The People are tired, disappointed and disgusted -- even many who voted for this sham. It is apparent to most (most being more than half) that there is nothing in the works to improve the lot of the average middle class Joe -- as was promised. Obama may claim to be standing with them, but that's all he's doing is standing on the golf course on vacation or giving speeches. He hasn't done a damn thing.

I have said it before. There is not one program or policy of Barack Obama that has benefitted ALL Americans. OR there is not one policy or program of Barack Obama that the majority of WORKING AMERICANS supported. Not one. The reason? Everything is agenda-driven for Obama's transformation. It's not driven to improve Americans and America based on the founding tenets of the Constitution, Free Enterprise and Individual Liberty.

Obama's 2009 Stimulus was built into the baseline budget every year since 2009, which amounts to almost a TRILLION in stimulus every year. The economy is flat. And for those who keep pointing to stock prices, that is not a reflection of the entire economy. It is one facet of many, many components. This is the worst and slowest recovery in America's history since the Great Depression -- and maybe even beyond -- despite the record amount of taxpayer dollars used to stimulate it. All for naught.

If he was a real Pale Hose fan, he should have been able to name Buehrle and Konerko at least. It is a good thing no-one asked him to go to the North Side and identify Mr. Cub, Ernie Banks.

Ooooh, WBU baby, I surely love it when you talk dirty to me...

That said, I say you are afraid to "put up" in this thread... Or, are you afraid to cross swords with me where others call the score?

If you are afraid to hit licks with me, it's OK. As I said before, Astana would make for a far more interesting discussion.

So, please, quit denigrating President Obama, or, any other standing US President, using foul language, and fueling bitter, divisiveness which, in fact, aids our enemies. Your statements, and, the results thereof, are almost identical to those of Jane Fonda in justifying her treason.

If you change your mind about swapping licks with outsiders keeping score, let us know. I'm your huckleberry.

There are many who would refer to him as a squatting. (as in hiding) rather than a sitting President.

No one is talking dirty to you.

The mere fact that you continue to want to make this a YOU vs ME thread only validates what I have said all along. You want to make this personal. It's about the issue.

I've been refuting your information when I can make heads or tails of it. And I have provided links and sources. On the other hand, you've admitted to not even looking at the links and their sources, and you provide pretty much ... nothing to refute anything I post other than your opinion. Apples vs Oranges.

Like I said, keep playing with yourself because you certainly don't pay attention to much that is put in front of you.

You also didn't view the video of your girl Hillary stating that we are Americans, and we have a right to disagree with any administration. I will try very hard not to keep repeating myself for your benefit. It makes no impression.

Obama has completely lost America. Only the devout followers and dependent welfare class are hanging on to his lies and contortions. He's even lost the vibrant, excited, "I Believe" sycophants of years past. Every American should be ashamed of this president and his shameless tactics.
