Yes of course ........however i think the last remaining apartment may have been taken waiting deposit /confirmation.

Spoke with her already # 1 ,, i have a new person for your apartment so as soon as you return can sort it all out , Didnt know where you were ...thought away traveling again .Please let me know when you are back .

BTW landlady all ok can pm the number but she no speak eNGLISH .

i won't be back in udon another week.
but i can vacate the place by 01/9/13 if deposit is refunded.

if the half month notice is too short, i will wait and move out around, say, 23/9/13.
please let me know which is better for you and the new tenant.

by the way a can handle minimum thai, haha.

All sorted out mohock # 1 ,,, HALF MONTH OK on the notice period dont worry , no probs sir full deposit refund (so long as no dead people in the room hahaha) .

The new tenant wants to move in ASAP but will pass on that he can move in on the 1st September 12 noon, so if you can move out 31st August or the morning of 1st Sept ... every ones happy .

Hope you have enjoyed your few months here tho must admit not really seen you here too many times.

thanks for the generous offer.

i'll be back around 27th and move out 31st.

i certainly enjoyed nice people around and the park just a few steps out of the door.
my car and motorcycle like the new roof to keep them dry.

the best thing for me was stable and fast wifi connection!
