While searching the net for meditation in Thailand I stumbled across this, http://www.mdwmeditation.org/page.php?c ... ei&lang=en Looks like a good program, I will give it a try. I strongly believe that people my age, 60, should be going in this direction with the remaining time left. The Buddhism in Thailand is a good spiritual energy that permeates the country and should be taken advantage of.
