How much for labour to build perimeter wall ?

Post by Mudshark » November 7, 2013, 7:37 pm

My cost in 2011 was 1,200/meter for materials and 600/meter for labour. All in 1,800/baht a meter. Based on other work done in 2013, I would expect materials have gone up about 20% in the intervening two years. No angle supports and all 196 linear meters of it is still fine after 3 rainy seasons.

How much for labour to build perimeter wall ?

Cost for my perimeter wall this year, 450baht labour, per linear metre up to 8 blocks high. This included steel re-inforced ground, vertical and top beams. Rendered on one side.
However I would say every site is different so any replies can only be used as a rough estimate.
For example, if the wall is to be a retaining wall due to in-fill, then the costs are going to be a lot more.
