Canon printer scanner

Hi,
Need help from you techos out there. I have a Canon MP280 P.S.
I have had it or a year with no problems. Now when I try to print the black ink is breaking up. This starts after about 2 pages. It has outside ink bottles. Tried to clean the print heads as I have done with other printers but cannot find out how to do this.
I would be happy if someone knows how to do this.

On the second floor at the old Big C, first ink/printer shop on the right as you go to the food court using the back escalator has taken care of my printer problems, often for no charge. I bought the printer at the mall and had constant problems with it and was ready to trash it until I took it to this shop. Now it works like a printer should. I believe the name is Mr Ink.
