Given the fact that my husband will soon taking up the new assignment in other location in a very near future. Therefore, the house is now on the 'Must Sell' condition and we are willing to lower the selling price or perhaps offering a long term rent instead. Interested please email me as indicated above. As mentioned, we have relocated to new location for 1 year already. House condition are not like what you see over the link. We have taken away with us with some decorative items such as TVs and many other loss furniture with us to the new location. The huge reduction of prices mainly because we just wanted to be free from Udon Thani and do not want to own many properties around the country without enjoy one.
