My wife has been operating a small outdoor eatery which is now up for sale since she will be joining me in America soon. It is located on Soi Jintakham behind Rajabhat University. It has everything one needs to move in and serve food. We are only asking 80,000 Baht for everything, which is much less than we paid for the sum of its parts so it's a bargain whether you want to remain open or dismantle it. We also have a fully customized Daihatsu Nong Khai style tuk tuk for sale which currently advertises the business but since we wish to retain the menu, logos, domain names, etc. for future use, the advertising would be removed. There are pictures of the tuk tuk on the above facebook page also. Price for the tuk tuk is negotiable and can be sold bundled with the business or seperately.

She has been running the restaurant successfully since then and has built up a growing and very loyal customer base.
