The are decent homes as well, my friend purchased one recently, I was surprised at the high quality, well built and affordable.

Thank you for your enquiry, SJP17

When I purchased the house at the end of last year, the transfer tax would have been 45,000 baht, which I will split 50/50 with the purchaser.

At the time of purchase, there was NO transaction at the land office, so there is not a premium to pay.

This is the only house of this style and price on this village, as I designed it myself for my own use at some time in the future, but my plans have changed. I have lived on this village for the last 2 years, and have had no problems with anything whatsoever. I do not intend to move from this village, as I know it would be extremely difficult to find anywhere similar.

Thank you for your reply.

As of now, the house is still for sale. A number of people have expressed an interest in the house, but all of them have to obtain a bank loan. When I receive a 10% deposit, then I will take the house off the market.

You are welcome to view the house at any time, I live only 50 metres away from it.

Please call 0800133266 for English, or 0870773013 for Thai.

Next week, I will have another house available, on this same village, for rent or possibly for sale. 2 years old, a little bit smaller, and on 63 sq. wah.
I would sell for 1,500,000 baht.

Geoff.
