As you are from Tasmania, do you need any sort of special paperwork or passport to enter mainland Australia. A discussion at the bar last night and we heard different versions of the legal system concerning Tasmanian's.

No Sport, you have the same passport as us also.

I understand that its still illegal in Tasmania to be a male in a dress after sunset, so I gather that was the discussion at the bar last night. ( Makes mental note not to go there on Ladyboy Thursday Nights )

I think Robbies getting a bit confused. You see you must have a Passport to enter Australia from NZ, which is a bit silly cause technically it's still supposed to be a New South Wales protectorate ie: Still belongs to NSW ..... hope that clears things up a bit ...

Now I am really confused. Mark says one thing and Warwick says another. Just tell me this, when a Federal election is held in Australia, do Tasmanians have the right to vote or do they cast their vote in the New Zealand Federal elections.

A yes or no answer will suffice.

Oh dear some Aussies struggle with words longer than 3 letters such as yes. Sport must have gone to primary school overseas.

Hey wazza I think you misunderstood an earlier post from me. I meant AFL is the most important game in Australia and not the fisticuffs in state of origin. I'd gathered you were a cricket tragic. Personally I'd rather watch the AFL grand final than the Ashes.

Sounds to me waz if the Thursday nights aren't just for the ladyboys but for those that like a Hopoate wedgie. That's probably on the house. A freebie so it's packed with blues and maroons supporters. Note to self: skip Thursday nights.

I hope Wednesdays aren't another bloody (sorry) wedgie night as well. Someone is going to get a sore finger if the bar is packed for the game.

I suppose if I was going to get back into following league again the State of Origin would be the way to do it. I understand a lot of sons of former players are in the NRL now. I assume this is on merit and not how Tony Abbott's family get doors opened to them.

I think the wedgie has been banned in league along with shoulder charges, head high coathangers, squirrel grips, the imported British Liverpool kiss, fore arms to the nostrils etc.
All except the digit attack were Ok in senior park footy when I played. You just new to look out for them. There was many an all in brawl if performed correctly on an unsuspecting player.

When I was growing up playing league, the only reason to raise your digit was to lick it and check which way the wind was blowing to determine which direction you should run for the kickoff.

AFL was a good game once, Don Scott, Crackers Keenan, they were the days.....and then we have the present.....Viney from Melbourne a couple a of weeks ago gently hits a Richmond player with a gentle hip and shoulder....he gets suspended for it, the games a joke. Go the Blues!

ahhh so you have no bought politics into this, righto , Political reply you shall receive

Yes your correct , No I cant vote.

Yes Tasmanians vote in Federal Erections, ( registered the largest informal vote under the Westminster system in 1983 of 39 % invalid votes - No Dams ) No they don't vote for Kuwi Elections.

I note the recent WA elections saw an increase in informal votes, as over 50 candidates in the Senate.

As Ardy has only 10 digits, to count with, his vote might have been binned. 8, 9 10, x , x

I'm back for another go. What's this New Zealand Federal election? I think Sport knows as much about NZ as a Nana Plaza girl knows about sensible money management.

Tasmanian votes are only worth 50% , as they vote with 2 heads.

( Getting in before Aardvark and others stick the slipper in ! )

Aussies need to actually pull there head in a bit for the time being, as NZ posts a budget surplus ! ( well done )

We can put up with the players wearing bras but we don't want the middle aged male fans turning up to games wearing a look-a-like bra without a shirt. That wouldn't be a good look.

The supplier probably gave a free sample to Tony Abbott years ago. The supplier might also have given a scholarship to the Abbott family.
