My lady is a couple months away from finishing construction of a 28 unit room-for-rent building in Nong Samrong. Starting from engineering drawings for approval at the municipal office, getting the structure constructed, and now going through the finishing, she has had near-zero problems in the process, not considering some evicted cobra families trying to reclaim their nesting grounds.
She chose the contractor, Art, a young guy in his early thirties with formal education, after evaluating many others including two that she came close to contracting with. Before engaging him, we looked closely at a small hotel he was in the process of completing in Nong Bua Lamphu, and a mid-size residence that he had just finished building.
If you are looking for a contractor, you might like to have a chat with this guy, and of course you are welcome to visit my lady’s building.

maaka: Let us know when you will be in town. Will drive you over.

Barney: Yes, we look forward to a lunch with you guys. I might also need to pick your brain for an alarm system for the building.
