Pond Construction

does anybody in the forum know about a good "garden pond construction company" in the city of udon thani?
english speaking?

Possibly a bit more info may help .... size/style/above or below ground or both/depth requ'd

My "in laws" built this to my specifications a few years back (2 ft above & 2 ft below ground). Great addition to the garden seating, but a pain to stop them putting their cigs out in the pond
