It looks tasty indeed.
But - not to spoil the show - last time when i tasted it, the lasagna was based on 100% pork meet not on beef meet nor mixed 50/50.
IMHO lasagna based on beef meet would have even more taste.
Maybe the cook can say something about his actual recipe?

In Italy lasagna is beef and pork but you forgot we are in Thailand and normal price beef is not really good.I have tried it many times and people didn't like it's taste.sorry about that.

I really don't know for certain, but I think much of the beef is from old milk cows from the small dairy industry. I rarely see beef, and when I do I don't eat it. I usually stay away from the fish, too.

BTW, your food looks very tasty. I love Italian food and feel good after eating it. Even when I eat too much

Yesterday was joined by a friend and his two children and we enjoyed the pizzas. Had the mixed salad with a glass of their red wine two days ago for a light lunch. Recommend this restaurant.
