Once again, ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION, get a load of Rubbish from the SAME KNOW IT ALL'S who are on every thread that know everything about everything. Does not take long for you trouble makers to spoil a thread, SO TAKE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND GO MEET SOMEWHERE AND BELT THE nonsense OUT OF EACH OTHER, BUT LEAVE THIS THREAD ALONE. D.U.
If you do not know the real answer to this thread, then move on.
UDON MAP, In my opinion you should Ban these trouble makers, and you obviously know who they are so you can make this Forum to be associated with sensible conversation and not the Bun fight it has become.

Wayneor0, You guys don't get it, if you want a nonsense fight then start your own thread. What gives you the right to change a thread Captian which a Simple Answer is required. You Keyboard Warriors hide behind your Computers and display the kind of Behavior becoming of thugs. Many other users do agree with me but are not willing to say so publicly for fear of reprisal. IF YOU WANT A nonsense FIGHT THEN THATS O.K.BY ME BUT DO IT ON YOUR OWN THREAD NOT ON MINE THAT REQUIRES A SIMPLE ANSWER. IF you want, I can if necessary mix it with the best of you.

I don't think an original poster "owns" a thread downunder. You did get the answer you were after so you did get something from your post. We probably all have differences in what we consider the ideal thread or ideal poster.

It would seem a lot of posters want some fun and laughs. If all those posts were removed by the mods I don't think udonmap would last very long. I don't think the sledging we give and take is taken too seriously. Hopefully no one is lying awake at night thinking how can I get revenge on a particular poster.

GT, what you said makes sense, with all the keyboard cowards talking a load of nonsense I still do not know the answer, so if you can enlighten me I would appreciate it. I really do not care if they want to use this medium just to be a nasty excuse to be smart or whatever else they aspire to be. D.U.

Wayne referred to the other web forum for Udon - Udon Talk. Earnest is for now posting under the name Matron there. I'm confident he'll be back here one day on the most fantastic English language web forum in all of north east Thailand with the most fantastic team of moderators one could imagine.

OK, I dropped the last bit in hoping my more specific mention of the other mob won't get redacted! In truth, a team of mods looking like Zid's changing avatars might be even more fantastic. Oh there I go again ...

What a load of BS. I have been a member of this forum since it's conception, more than eight years now. During that period we have all sorts come and go, including a mass exodus when UT started for those who couldn't stand the attempts by our excellent team of moderators to keep some semblance of grown up mentality prevalent over the chidish scribble that was taking over any chance of reasonable discussion , despite a a topic for jokes only being started where they could indulge there frustrated attempts of being comedy clowns to their hearts desire. It would appear the limited audience they were getting over the other side wasn't enough for them so they one by one crept back on here .Now thankfully ,not finding their "talent" is much appreciated, they appear to be adopting yet another name and crawling back to them , much like they did over here , despite their loud protestations and promise never to darken our door step again. perhaps eventually they will realise there is nothing wrong with either forum, we both cater for different intellectual bases, that's all, and neither will be harmed if we remember that . Hopefully the others that miss westerby so much will get the message and rejoin him. :-"

A thread with this title is kind of destined for some playfulness. Trubrit, how about posting some new threads more appealing to intelligent discussion and see how it goes? This one was destined for the play pen and has been quite lively.
