[As you know, it appears that UFUN may well be a pyramid scheme. Given the uncertain legal status of UFUN and given the ambiguity pointed out by some members downthread, the initial post with UFUN information has been removed. The thread remains open for discussion as indicated.]

Could this be the same organisation where the police in Bangkok made multiple arrests last night involving mainly Malaysian scammers who were said to have scammed over 25million $ from about 10 thousand people in Thailand, including many of my neighbours who were promised big returns but in fact have seen nothing but have lost everything.

Just mentioned on Udon news wireless that investigations on ongoing in Udon today involving some high ranking police and some foreigners. Arrests are expected.

sounded rather dodgy from the first posting.. I must say I was a bit astonished to see UM pushing such a product..

Agreed, far more serious than OT's name calling and being threatened with a ban. Members of this forum could have lost money if they "invested" in this scam because they trusted the OP - Udon Map.

Four arrested in massive pyramid scheme

Police have arrested four executives of UFun Store Co Ltd, which operates an alleged pyramid scheme of the same name that involves 14,700 people and 10 billion baht in possible damages....

UM... Might be a good idea to take down the UFUN banner directly to your left NOW ... not a lot of "fun" in this story.
