Dunno about the ribs timmy but what i can say is i dropped in Chris Place recently and Lamb Shank was the days special ....so thought i would try it ,,, without doubt the best meal ive had for many years served with mash veg and a gravy ti die for ,,ive asked Chris to let me know when its the special again ...

Chris get a photo of it on UM ..dfo a winner and hats off to Andy the chef.
