Sincere apologies for that as in my haste to notify I mis-typed the day, it was meant to say today, Wednesday. Oh my stars. (Tuesday we were open & a bustling day it was).

Here I went to all the trouble of notifying folks, and didn't even get the day right. Bravo!

I shall repay this oversight by offering you a FREE set of tasty Blueberry Pancakes AND English Breakfast Tea, on your next visit.

Yes indeed that is the hope. Of the baked variety.

Also an array of sauces in glass jars w/ "Chef Nooy" labeling. Suggestions welcome.

A bit of time needed to set it all up right, -but as we do we'll be treating customers to some taste tests, on the house.

All to then be available via our soon-to-be-released Online Ordering site, in both Thai and English. Delivery as usual by the company we've been using the last 4 months to much success.

TB you are the most unlucky person when it comes to dining in Udon. Seeing as you come from the boonies it might be worth telephoning ahead to make sure the place is open and has what you want. Anyway, OTs sure you already know that.

The pancakes look delicious, OTs going to try them sometime soon and those spoons.

100% our fault on that one OT.

Trubrit's always been on a very regular schedule when stopping in early each week, and he'd come to rely on our consistency of being open, ready, and able to serve the items he likes.

No need to call ahead as it's our job to get it right on every single count (supply on hand, service, quality, consistency) every single time no exceptions...

What a good idea, OT I'll get a nice shirt with $\:D/$ as a logo. OT will wear it when visiting the many bars and restaurants in Udon.

Hope Chef Nooy is feeling better. Will be going to see the OTOP fair tomorrow, hopefully will get time to pop in lunchtime for my pancake fix. $\:D/$

Thanks for that Martyn, -we have yet to announce it formally because some of existing customers who volunteered to test it are still giving feedback.

So let's say it's actually LIVE as of August 12.

That's when you'll start to see updates from us in-depth about how the order & delivery service works.

One app folks might wish to download in the meantime is called Pathshare. https://pathsha.re/

It's VERY handy for guiding the delivery folks, and means you won't have to speak Thai to get your food.

It shares your location to ANY form of social media, including our LINE account, which we can then relay to the delivery folks.

At present the system works in Thai (actual human translated Thai not machine translations) and English.

One can place and order, we'll call to verify, food will be delivered, payment taken, that's it. Within ring road only.

Hi,

We've added tasty APPLE PIE to our menu.

You can order it with ICE Cream or without. Served with optional almond slivers & a dash of honey around the edges.

Or as one chap ordered it today, WITH a block of Cheddar Cheese on the side!

It's real, home cooked style apple pie, plenty of apples, great tasting crust.

Posting prices right after this, stay tuned.

WILL WE ADD MORE PIES? PASTIES? OF COURSE.

Our ONLINE ORDERING / DELIVERY website due to Launch tomorrow Wednesday August 11, 2015.

It's designed so that you can Order food Delivered to your home / business within the Udon Thani Ring Road (or about 200 meters outside of it) without speaking any Thai, including driving directions to delivery staff.

Thanks for that RCT, much appreciated, -I got lucky as husband and had a plate of it dropped off at my table, -quite good actually.

Great to see all who popped in over the last 2 weeks, quite a nice crowd.

That's good new grievous, glad you liked the pie.

Bob Sharples & others in yesterday quite happy with the Ribs & hope you will be as well.
