Post by mrnicey1966 » December 6, 2005, 6:43 pm

i want to warn all good thai and western people about a disgusting british man named :censored: . this man was recently sentenced to three and a half years for sexually abusing his two young daughters between their ages of 6 to 14 . they publicly spoke of their fathers abuse to a local newspaper in bournemouth dorset and believe me , he was totally disgusting for what he did to them .
:censored: is 84 years old and is married to a young thai lady ( in her twenties ) , he is presently in prison and she resides in thailand unaware of his paedophile past .
he was introduced to thailand by his son , :censored:, who currently lives in seka , nongkhai with his thai wife ( :censored:) who is also unaware of her father in laws sordid past.
:censored: will be out of prison in about a year and will attempt to travel back to thailand , probably back to seka to the :censored: family home .
they should be warned about this man , so if anyone knows the wachirarat family of village no :censored:, :censored:, :censored:.
please warn them .
they are good people .

Please contact the relevant authorities to warn the family about this case. This is a public forum and is not the place to discuss these matters. All references to the family involved have been removed. If you wish to inform people about this matter please use a link to another site. Our company does not want to be liable for any information given on this forum. Thank you.

Whilst I fully understand your feelings and share your disgust, I don't really think our forum is a suitable place to make them public. A note to immigration will bar his entry as crimes of this nature automatically bar his entry.
You spoke of a jail term of 42 months, yes for good behaviour he can get out in total 21 months, but he will be placed, firstly on probation, having to report every month to a probation officer in his home town. Then he will be placed on a sex offenders list for the rest of his life.People on this list automatically lose the right to freedom of travel.
Your posting may prevent his innocent Thai wife from carving a new life for herself and cause deep embarrassment to her family.

OK, we have no reason to doubt any of the above, and assume that your intent is honourable. I do not know why you say he WILL attempt to travel back to Thailand, or what connection you may have with him. Nor do I know how you know, to address detail, where his son lives

In light of this I have emailed my brother, who is a policeman in the UK. This does not make him an expert on the law, but what he has advised is this.

Val, you are almost correct but not quite. The terms of his probation will effectively stop him travelling abroad, but not afterwards. The Sex Offenders Register will not stop him travelling for reasonably long periods of time anywhere as long as he reports where he is going. And he could lie of course and say France.

To the OP, you should report all this to the Police, and ensure his Probation Officer is aware of this, after his release. They can restrict his travel after his term of probation by restrictions on any passport he may obtain. Also, as suggested above, get in touch with Thai Immigration with fullest details, including proof of your statements.

Given all that, I agree entirely with Val, the people here will not want to find out about this in this way; posting this way may easily ruin perfectly innocent lives. Be also aware that posting this here could open the site owners open to legal action should any of your posting prove to be not proveable in jurisdictions outside the UK and they continue to carry it. This IMHO is extremely unfair whatever your motives, disgust and anger.

My first paragraph was rhetorical, can I suggest you desist

I agree with John and Val 100% on this one and do not feel this is the best or even a suitable way to alert the correct authorities to prevent this man returning to Thailand, if that is his aim.
I further feel that the facts of the case could have been better presented by providing a web link to a 'neutral, respected source' which removes the burden of proof from both the site owner and the poster. It would also have the probable side effect of supplying a photo!!
Finally Mr. Nicely can you please edit your post to remove all reference to the Thai address as these individuals appear to be completely innocent of any wrong doings and this can only be a source of embarrassment to all concerned.

It is obvious Mr Nicey is not going to cease these vitriolic postings, may I suggest he needs to consult a professional about them before they destroy his sanity.I for one understand the cause but the hatred and lack of consideration for both the Thai and English families involved is beyond belief. I am sure the victims now want to put this all behind them and start to live a normal life, not to have their names on a public forum and maybe more morons pestering them.
Yorky. I didn't say these criminals can't travel at all, I said freely, meaning they must inform the authorities first, and can be refused the right to go. In the case of Thailand, they have a reciprical arrangement to notify, if they suspect a sex offender is seeking to come here. With machine readable passports this is normally 100% effective, but as you say, he could travel on an illegal document. Then Mr nicey, up to you., but please leave the innocent victims alone.
Incidentally, if he is guilty of commiting a crime, even one of travelling on a false passport, or giving false info to police or probation officer he will be made to go back in for the remainder of the sentence, 21 months plus any new term he is given for the latest offence.

Your anger is blinding your common sense and will possibly lead to further problems. Just don't involve our forum.
I will make no further postings on this matter, you are not listening.
