Thursday 11 Feb is our 7 Year Anniversary Since the Bar Opened and Only 7 Weeks to go before we Sadly Close Up as the BBK Hospital Takes the Land for their Expansion, the New Re Modeled Premises is coming along well with a New Pool Table, Darts, outdoor Beer Garden / Private Function Area.

The Indoor Golf Sim is coming from the UK and hope to have that up and running around May.

Options on the Simulator are Long Drives & Chipping, Stroke, Scrambles, Stableford, Skins and More.

The Courses you can play from around the Globe include Banff Springs Resort, Bay Hill Club & Lodge, The Belfry, Bountiful Golf Club, Castle Pines Golf Club, Firestone Country Club, Harbour Town Golf Links Mauna Kea Resort,
Par Three Ocean, Par Three Mountain, Gleneagles Golf Club, Pinehurst Country Club, Bethpage Black, Torrey Pines Golf Club, Troon North Golf Club an the New and Old ST Andrews Course and the Jubilee Course.

We had one of these in Samui and was great fun and entertainment, and it keeps your Record in the Computer and Calculates your Handicap as you keep playing, so if its too hot or pissisting down with rain, you can still get a round of Golf in.

A Pic of the New Bar taking Shape, Just knocked the Wall out for the Golf Simulator, New Toilets to go in, Start Painting and then the Lights and Fans go in, and the TV's and CCTV can be relocated. Outside seating area going in. The Boys have done a cracking Job to Date.

Thanks to all in for the Superbowl yesterday - a few hangovers this morning.

The New Bar is between @Home Hotel and Next to a New Hotel just about to start construction, so still in Soi Sampan, and opposite where a New Hotel to be constructed ( Currently an empty Block being used as a car Park ).

So no more afternoon Sun when Summer Arrives

which has always been a pain in the Arse.

Looking at Opening around start of April - all things going as planned.

For those interested that are away from Udon - The New Sportsbar Bar Build - just had this Photo sent to me and to me from 8500km away looks like its coming along well. Once the Tiling is Complete and the Glass Front sorted out and Roller Shutters and Beam Removed should look great, Ramp Access for Wheels, Out Side Seated Bar to watch the World go by still to go in, then its onto the Kitchen and Rear Beer Garden / Private Function Area for Parties and for the Kids to pass the days away, Netting and Screen for Golf Simulator will be delivered end of Feb and installed on my return to the LOS. so far so good.

Nearly Correct - we have a few mates that require ramp access in and out and my Bike is to heavy to lift up Steps after a few to many Ales during the Footy on weekends. Also The Steps in the Current Bar have taken their toll on many Customers and Friends Sober as well as a little under the weather.

A few, myself included, wear the scares of the current 2 steps up and 2 steps down.
