Wanted - land to build or existing property
We want a piece of land to build on or a house that's already built but needs a refurb. The land MUST have a full unencumbered chanote, please don't ask me to lend you the money to get it out of the bank etc. I'm not interested in a farang house and please don't expect me to pay over the odds because you have, I'll pay a fair price but I won't be mugged off.
