Here are some details:

Air Conditioning
Kitted out to a high standard, bed/wallpaper/sofa/bedding etc
14th Top Floor Building B2
Rent includes the parking fees and pool and gym usage
Tenenat pays Electric and Water

3months contract @ 12,000/month
6months contract @ 11,000/month
12months contract @ 10,000/month

All you need are your clothes...

We are looking for an apartment at Lumpini from December 1 or December 15 to February 1 or February 15. I am German, my wife is Thai (quiet couple, non-smoking, non-drinking, no pets, no plants..), we are living and working in Colombo, Sri Lanka and would like to rent your place for returning frequently to Thailand. Hi, The Condo is 27m2, it is small but its compact, the bedroom has a sliding glass door with nice drapes these open up to make the room to the living area bigger...

Updated Rates:

1-6 Month 13,000/Month (Includes everything all bills) (works out at 433/day)
6-12 month 12,000/Month (Includes everything all bills) (works out at 400/day)

For 12 month Contract and Pay your own Elec and water bill I can reduce rate to 9,000/Month ( with a 10,000baht deposit)

Parking, Gym, Pool is all included
