Seriously? I always took you for one of the sensible people around hereKhun Paul wrote:I am fully convinced like in the UK that the weather has actually shifted a couple of months , now wether that is because of the El Nino / El Nina effect, is open to supposition.
I was informed that the world following the tsunami and earthquake of 2003/4 actually shifted on its axis about half a degree.
The possibility of subsequent earthquakes of a similar magnitude pushing it back is also open to argument. Here in Udon the management of water has increased and to be fair to the local Government they do , do a very good job, tue they were helped years ago by the construction of not only a storm drain principle but also of a major pumping station at Nong Prajak, pumping oput the excess to the resovoirs and having it back in times of less rainfall.
It will take some years for the worlds weather system to recover form the 2003/4 Tsunami after effects, we just have to live on this earth fopr a really short span of time , Greenland after all not that long ago ( by earths time frame ) was covered in trees hence the name.
The rainfall of late ( over the last few days has been over 150 millilitres ) , not too shabby and the prospects of rain somewhere in the province for the foreseeable future almost every day will not do any harm either.

Anyway, as we all know, the forecast around here can change very rapidly, let's hope we get a bit more rain than is forecast in this Accuweather one.
