It is a peaceful, tranquil getaway that is conveniently situated just 20 minutes drive from Udon Thai airport, 45 minutes from Nong Khai and just 10-15 minutes to Udon city center. It was built by us in 2013 and we have continued to upgrade and well maintain it over the past 2 years.Property would suit either a family, professionals or an older couple.

I suspect Old Timer thought the asking price was a typo.

Yes I was just checking the price mentioned. I totally agree that the house and land is stunning, though I think It will be difficult to find someone to rent at that price in Isaan, anyway good luck. Actually we do offer fully catered short term holiday rental and daily room for rent service as well for over a year but we decided to put more option for long term rent due to our full time work which will cause us a lot of traveling in the near future.
