Builder Recommendations

Hi
Can anybody recommend a good builder who can build me a house on my land from scratch inclucing plumbing, electrical etc.
I'll be in Oz so I can't supervise it continually so I need someone reliable.
I already looked at a builder possibly "dream up" located near them anyway in a large new house on that road opposite the army base, I was not happy about how pushy they were so I'm looking for some others.

But I think you need to find someone you can trust (relative

) and hire them to supervise the whole project, maybe even find a builder

They (builders) are pretty good at covering up major mistakes

Not Easy i am 18 weeks here Building now and need to Sort problems every day.
so if you want a good house you need to be on top.
so i would say pay a bit more and get a 10 year guarantee and pay in 4 stages. make sure you are 100% happy then pay the 2nd stage.
if you need help after 2 weeks i am Free and will help.

Thanks for that, I'm replacing my wifes parents house with a new one so they will be there and I'll be here in Oz
