Hello,

we are selling our house, which is located 5 mins outside the Ring Road of Udon Thani '2263', by Hansa Village - in the place called Garden Home 3.
It is small neighborhood of about 15-20 houses, our one is the only on with private pool.
It is in walking distance to local Tesco and couple of minutes by bike to local market.
Also 10 minutes to the Airport, Large Tesco Lotus and Big C.
We find the location just perfect, it is on the quiet road far for noise and dust, but at the same time has very quick and easy access to shops, restaurant and UT City.

The property is perfect for someone who is looking for a place for quiet and relax. It has large green garden with mant trees and plants, fish pond with waterfall, wooden pagoda and of course the 4x8 pool at the back + 2 car park spaces in the front.

Also is the house Thai owned or in company name

What is the land title, please ? Do you have chanote ? If this house is leased, what are the maintenance charges, please ?

Can you explain what land title mean?
And what maintenance cost you would like to know?

The land title is the way in which you own the land on which the house stands. You have told us that it is chanote and that is good. It looks like the house is in a village. Are there associated service costs for security, etc, please ?

OK , that seems to be correct then

It is a small village, Garden Home 3, it is located west of Udon.
Apparently there is another one North of the city called GH3 or similar to it.
There are no extra cost except usual bills for the house and bins.
