All in All a Satisfying weekend. Took watching live on Sky, followed by Highlights on Sky, topped off with MOTD2 On BBC2 this morning for it to sink in. Pleased for Davies, Lookman and Holgate. John Stones a distant memory up there with Rooney & Fellaini. Might have SaurKraut for Lunch with a touch of Pork & Cheese washed down with a Cerveza or Sangria!

Got back from a very nice weekend in Dan Sai and Phu Rua last night......lovely scenery,a cross between the Peak District and North Wales........in time for the United v Liverpool game.
Didn't see the Everton game (nor any of the Saturday matches) but I heard it was a bit of a hammering ? Was the final score Everton 0 Manchester City 4 then ? ;)

As for United......when you pay 89 million for a player you expect someone special like Ronaldo,Messi or Iniesta but up to now Pogba seems more like Emile Heskey ! What a stupid handball in the area that could have cost United the game.
I thought a draw was a fair result and Liverpool looked more menacing when Coutinho came on.De Gea probably Uniteds best player and Herrera and Ibrahimovic also did well......amazing how well Jones and Rojo are doing as a centre back partnership......you wouldn't have thought that at the start of the season.......final score 1-1.

This Costa affair is very interesting and could derail Chelseas title hopes ? The Spuds are playing some excellent stuff now and look the most likely challengers to Chelsea for the title......could even be Champions come May,as predicted at the start of the season ! =;
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

The big game today is undoubtedly the late kick off between Citeh and The Spuds.
City smarting after their 4-0 defeat at Everton and Spurs the team in form, although they will be missing Vertonghen through injury.
With City having Ronnie Corbett in goal and Ronnie Barker in charge of tactics I'm taking Spurs to shade this one 3-2 in what promises to be an exciting game.
With Liverpool,Arsenal and Chelsea all having comfortable looking home fixtures its a very important match for City and, particularily,Spurs.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

FULL-TIME

Liverpool 2-3 Swansea
Bit of a surprise... :D
70 odd % Pool, but the Swans put the ball in the net..
Pool have been oddly off song since seeming to present a challenge to the title...
London title for now by the looks of it... :D

Liverpool 2 Swansea 3
Bournemouth 2 Watford 2
Crystal Palace 0 Everton 1
Middlesbrough 1 West Ham 3
Stoke City 1 Manchester United 1
West Brom 2 Sunderland 0
Manchester City 2 Tottenham Hotspur 2

Possibly the shock of the season at Anfield.Poor Liverpool defending again but Swansea played well. The second goal was a beauty.
Wayne Rooney becomes Manchester Uniteds all time record goalscorer with a brilliant free kick in the 5th minute of injury time at Stoke to equalize.
The Spuds fight back from 2 down to grab a point at Citeh.
Sunderland now bottom and Palace in the bottom 3.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.
