I'm in the market for a condo, townhouse or house. Budget is up to THB7.5m. Criteria:
1. Absolutely must be walking distance to centre of town. Non-negotiable. 20mins is maximum walking distance (1 km for an old man)
2. Must be renovated or very small amount required. I don't want to replace bathrooms please.
3. Minimum 2 br and 2 bathrooms.
4. Unencumbered and clean title. I don't want to pay someone's ex-wife.
5. Have a view of something, maybe a lake, water buffalos, city, something scenic.
I've sold my condo in BKK and Isarn gf want to be closer to home.
