address change for car

what papers do i need to change the address of my car at the car office???

There's a a thing , just done it yesterday (due to the new rules on fines,late payments etc ,) took with me ,registration book , yellow house book, wifes house book , passport, they wrote by hand the new address on the original first page and stamped it , ha , i presume they logged it on the computor , 55bht was the charge ,this was in Kumphawapi , also have 2 photo copies of each document
