Actually,Alan, surprisingly its you who is talking rubbish !747man wrote:Leicester had one eye on Wednesday nights Champions League quarter final away at Atletico Madrid which explains the much changed team they fielded last night..........Oh Dear Andy,MUCH Weakend ??? Only Mahrez was left on the bench,Otherwise it was there NORMAL Team......Still I Expect this RUBBISH To be written by a Manc !!!
Leicester didn't play first choice defenders Simpson,Morgan and Fuchs.
Also first choice midfielders Mahrez and Ndidi were missing, although Mahrez came on as a sub with 30 minutes to play.
Regular forward starter recently,Okazaki, wasnt in the squad either.
So that's 6 regulars missing.....hardly a "NORMAL" team is it ??
This from the BBC report on the game.......
"But Leicester, much changed before Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final at Atletico Madrid, never looked comfortable.
Lukaku drilled in from close range after the interval and the withdrawal of the bright Demarai Gray and striker Jamie Vardy seemed to signal Leicester's attentions turning towards Europe."
