VA to accept claims against Agent Orange exposure in Thailand

Post by tamada » May 23, 2017, 6:13 pm

"Vietnam-era Veterans whose service involved duty on or near the perimeters of military bases in Thailand anytime between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975 may have been exposed to herbicides and may qualify for VA benefits."

Long overdue.

Far
It will be very difficult to prove your claim. You'll need lots of documentary evidence (including pics) to prove you were working on the perimeter. A friend of mine here passed away trying to prove he was exposed even though he developed a heart ailment covered under Agent Orange exposure.

I'll forward you some helpful info if you PM me as I'm unable to attach it here for some strange reason.
