Long term house rental Wanted
Greetings, I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom, partially furnished or furnished house, with at least one A/C in main bedroom. I need to be able to install fiber optic internet, as I do work online. I prefer an area not more than 10-12km from Udon. I'm a single, semi retired American ex pat. that has lived in Thailand a long time. My price range is around 10k and I can pay 6 months in advance, if all goes well, one year in advance there after. My current lease is up on August 31, so I'm looking for end of August.
