I can't say the same about some of the other restaurants I've visited in Udon.

Outside of Songkran, some places here must operate on the "I can't be bothered to open today" and the "Let them work it out for themselves" trading hours principle.

This is great news, I took my nephew into Mc D's yesterday and he threatened to be sick if we made him eat the burger, he's not a huge fan but hopefully he'll try BK and those shakes.... boy I miss those....

As some of you have noticed, there is an automatic word censor in the UM forum. And the second word in BK's name is censored out to read "an individual". This was set up long before I was here, indeed long before I had heard of Udon Thani.

Lèse majesté laws are being enforced pretty harshly these days; and we have no interest in running afoul of them. So we approach this pretty conservatively. For now, at least, the automatic word censoring will stay as is.

May I ask that everyone refer to the burger place as BK, please? It will just make things easier for everyone.

If anyone has other suggestion, they are always welcome. Please do not post in the forum, but rather send them to me at Paul@UdonMap.com.

BK in Udon town center ...It was rumoured to be going in the former Fuzzy Kens / row of units location .. then Mill place , then UD Town , then Landmark , then the new development next to the railway lines near Villa .. so ... take yer pick . I use the airport one and IMO its way better then Mc nonsense .
