If they can leak all of these early releases why can't they inform every one about the price increases??????? that came about a couple of weeks ago.

So just tell us the salient bits. 11 AM to 2 PM allowed? 2 PM to 5 PM prohibition? 5 PM to store closing allowed?

Liquor Selling times: 11:00 - 14:00 hrs and 17:00-24:00hrs.
What I didn't realise is that these times apply, it seems, to Bars also, according to a Bar Owner I spoke to this morning.As most of you are aware Bars are closed today 10/05/2017 to celebrate? the END of BUDDHIST LENT. Hence the fireworks and firecrackers punctuating the air of our peaceful neighbourhood. I assume normal service will resume tomorrow? With no apology it seems, for any inconvenience.
